G'day from Elwood SC , Melbourne ...the racers are on hold . The expected sea breeze has failed to materialise .....as yet .
The entry list is not quite what was expected -96 sailors pre entered for the mens fleet , but 87 have completed registration .
Therefore Class Race Representative , Ceri Williams , took the decision to race the men as one fleet .
This has become the major talking point of the day ; the decision appears to be welcomed by the majority of racers , whatever their ranking
