The Formula Foil European 2026 will take place in Viganj, Croatia, from 22 to 26 July 2026. The event is organized by the Czech Windsurfing Association together with the Czech Sailing Association.
The competition will be held near Beach Bar K2 in Viganj, a popular place for windsurfing and foil racing. Sailors from different countries can participate in the Formula Foil class. There are 15 races planned during the championship. At least three races must be completed for the European and Czech Championships to be officially valid.
The first race is scheduled for Thursday, 23 July 2026. The final races and the closing ceremony will happen on Sunday, 26 July 2026.
Competitors can register online before 16 July 2026 or during registration at the event venue. The entry fee is lower for sailors who register before 15 June 2026.
The championship will award titles for:
- Men’s European Champion
- Women’s European Champion
- Youth Men and Women Champions
- Master European Champion
The organizers will also use a WhatsApp group to share important information with competitors and support teams during the event.
Safety is very important during the regatta. Competitors are not allowed to use mobile phones or private radio communication while racing.
The event promises exciting racing, strong competition, and great windsurfing conditions in Croatia.
