After the third day and five races with one discard Steve Allen (AUS-0, Fanatic) is still leading the ranking but he has three guys on his heals who also have the chance to win the event. Arnon Dagan (ISR-1, Fanatic, Neil Pryde) presented very consistant racing and strong results (3rd and 2nd today) which moved him up to place two in the ranking list with 14 points. After his great day Andrea Cucchi (ITA-1, Starboard, Neil Pryde) is on the third place with 15 points followed by Wojtek Brzozowski (POL-10, Starboard, Neil Pryde, 16 points) who had quit the first race today but then a great comeback with his second place in race#5.

This morning we are all a little bit tired. It seem as if the relaxing on the beach consumes more energy than the racing on the water. In 30 degrees Celsius the sun is sucking the energy out of your body. The other possible explanation is that some of us have partied a little bit too long or extensive at the giant beach party yesterday. Thousands of Sardinians have been at the beach and enjoyed the perfect atmosphere.

We just had the skippersmeeting and the race crew is now going on the water. First possible start is at 12:30. But at the moment the wind is not strong enough. But for the afternoon the forecast predicts 15 knots onshore from the south.
