Competitors arriving at the airport in Rhodes and wanting transfer to the race site with their equipment are reminded to telephone the organiser upon arrival .
There are now two possible numbers to call :

If you are intending to arrive early it is advisable to forward an email to the organiser advising of your flight details :

The requests for accommodation have also been forward to the Forum Hotels via the organiser .
Some of you have put the dates you need –as many are arriving early , and /or staying late .
It is assumed that others are staying for the duration of the event as published in the Notice of Race .
If this is incorrect , please advise the organiser by email – see above address.
