The 2010 OCEANIC & AUSTRALIAN FORMULA WINDSURFING CHAMPIONSHIPS will be held from Wednesday, February 3rd to Saturday, February 6th 2010 at Jimmy’s Beach, Hawks Nest, NSW, Australia. Organised by Windsurfing NSW and sponsored by the Great Lakes Council, this promises to be a fantastic start to the 2010 racing season.

Last week we had the Formula Experience (FE) South Americans in Maragogi, Formula windsurfing was also invited and we had close to 20 sailors for the FW.
Initially all racers were sent afloat when wind on the race course was a steady 10 knots. By the time the first Formula race was due to start, the wind had dropped to a light 6-8 knots.
