Hello all, this day i don´t have much of a story as no one goes to the water because of the lack of wind.
The 3º day starts with lots of clouds and rain and everyone is a little bit sad, because was thinking that will be like the 1º and the 2º day. The skippers meeting was schedule for 11h00 and everyone was at that time in front of the club for the meeting, and still continuing raining. The CR make a change for this day, we will try to make 3 races back to back a time to relax and 2 more races back to back in a total of 5 races in the 3º day, Everyone was ok with that change because in two days we only made 2 races.
The skippers meeting start at 11h00, this time the CR will try to do 2 races back to back, a stop and other 2 races and finish for today.
The pre-inscriptions closed on 15th of April and we already have entered for this event 40 Windsurfer´s
Preparations towards this year World Championships are progressing at a pace - the organisers are committed to hosting the best championship ever !

Vela Club Marano, organisers of the Riccione Grand Prix have launched their new website dedicated to the event; with lots of info, in many languages, and online entrey is open.
The 2011 San Francisco Bay Windsurfing Racing season started out on a high note this past April 8 with near idyllic conditions for Formula Windsurfing Racing just off the race deck of the St Francis Yacht Club.
The event will be held in the Praia da Rocha, Portimão, from 13 to 18 of June, 2011.
We had around 40 competitors and Paulo dos Reis BRA3333 came too.

The website is the result of a collaboration between Keith Atkinson and Ceri Williams, both long term supporters of the class and its racing format.
