09:18 | The clouds are moving away. Some delphins are swimming close to the harbour, fishermen on Jongadas out on the water trying to catch a daily meal. The organisation is waking up, Backdrops are put in place, press tent on the end of pier. Regatta crew is gettingh the marks, boats, official notice board and flag pole in place. A lot of windsurfers at the luxury breakfast in Marina Park Hotel.
