What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?

In general, our website can be used without providing any personal data.

General and Error Log Files

When you visit our website, our webservers automatically store certain data in log files. The general log files may tell us which Internet browser and operating system you were using and which IP address was allocated to your Internet access when you were visiting the site, the URL of the internet page from which you arrived at our website, the exact time when you accessed and left our website, the amount of data transmitted, and the pages you accessed on our website. The personal data automatically collected is necessary for us to provide the website (Article 6 sec. 1 sent. 1 lit. f GDPR), and for our legitimate interest to guarantee the website’s stability and security (Article 6 sec. 1 sent. 1 lit. f GDPR). 

Should our web server(s) detect an error in processing requests, it will send the corresponding information to an error log file. Those log files for technical reasons also record the client IP address from which the request was sent, i.e. your IP address if your request caused the error.

We have no means, and no interest in, identifying you through the general or error log file data. We use the general log file data for statistical purposes. The information we can from time to time retrieve from the files relates to, for example, peak times of the use of our website, which information our users are most interested in on the website, how users navigate on our website and which browsers and operating system our users use. We use that information to improve the technical setup as well as the design of our website. The error log files are used to diagnose and fix the error. The personal data collected in the course of this process is necessary for our legitimate interest to guarantee the website’s stability and security (Article 6 sec. 1 sent. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Our website do not use uses cookies. However may also use trusted third-party services that are using cookies to track specific information on our behalf - Facebook plugins and Google Analytics. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.If you turn cookies off, It won't affect the user's experience.

Privacy policy for the use of Facebook-plugins

Our website uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social network facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA). The plugins are identifiable by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button on our site. For a full list of all Facebook plugins go to: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When you visit one of our pages the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Thus, Facebook receives the information that you (your IP address) visited our website. Data policy for the use of Google Analytics

Our website may use Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., of Mountain View, CA 94043, U.S.A. („Google“). We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include organisations that act as Data Processors for us, specificly website hosting partner (Zgoda Group, http://zgoda.group/, registred at Efraima Schroegera 28, 01-822 Warszawa, Poland) and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it's release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.
