The wind is much stronger and 20+ knots. The sudden increase has caused a dust storm around the event site ! 13:24 | The plan is for first start men, followed by women, as soon as possible after the start for men 13:20 | postponement is down - the wind has kicked in as expected - now 15>18 knots 12:02 | After many days of perfect wind - we have to postpone the scheduled 12.00 start! But, the sky has cleared and the thermic wind is starting to build. 09:03 | Racing starts today on the beautiful Lake of Potrerillos. Yesterday the Governor of Mendoza province visited the event site to officially declare the championship open. He was given a tour of the event site which will be converted into a \\\\"high performance\\\\" centre - the governer signed an historic agreement to support the development of the project which has been the target of the dedicated team from Mendoza Windsurfing Association.
