Hy everybody,
I hope anybody see this comment and can answer the questions:
Can give me an Information, how the GPS system
works and what kind it is. Maybe it is possible to
combine it with an sea map in a GIS (Geographic Information System) for example with the programm Arc View GIS.

Aloha to all racers Micha

Bosco ITA872 | 21st February 2005 (10:19:46)

Hi Micha,
what it takes is a GPS unit (geko 201) carried on your forearm in a waterproof case; you can download your tracks on PC by its usb cable and check your performance on map by a program such Oziexplorer .
