International Formula Windsurfing Class is pleased to announce its Annual General Meeting which will be held Wednesday, 14th of December 2005 in Elwood Sailing Club, Melbourne/Australia, during the FW World Championships 2005.

1. Welcome , and registration of delegates and votes.
2. Minutes of the 2004 AGM –Leba/Poland. (Minutes AGM 2004)
3. Chairmans Report.
4. Financial Statement.
5. Class Rule changes: if any proposals received
6. Championship Rules: to consider amendments to the rules for 2006. ( Championship Rules 2005 )
7. Future Championship venues
8. Elections : there are no elections this year , unless a vacancy occurs between this posting and the scheduled meeting.
9. Any other business : based on submissions received.
NOTES.
Delegates are appointed by member national associations, and have one vote (as do committee members ) ; but may represent other member associations from whom he or she has received a proxy vote mandate.

Delegate Registration Form (- MS Word doc file).
Submissions for the Meeting should be forwarded to IWA Office (iwaoffice@internationalwindsurfing.com) no later than 23rd November.
Any items to be voted on shall be posted on the Class website no later than 30th November.
