Dreaming makes great things come true. To turn a dream into your goal takes all your power . Being able to make a great passion becoming my job was a first step of the dream. Some results have made this dream even more complete. Now I still have a lot of work to do around windsurfing to complete the entire dream and hopefully it will keep me busy for the rest of my life.

Formula has made it easier for all of us racers. Less production equipment to be able to win.The great size of the sail and board allows to get on the water everyday and everywhere around the world. Is just great to jump on the Formula and cruise around the waters with friends in complete challange reaching beautiful bays on the coast.

The experiences made have been endless till now thanks to this sport . The enviorment between all the Formula riders is made of great friendship. Thanks guys for the strong challenge on the water and the fun around the world. Let's keep this going as long as we can!!!

Thanks to all my supporters and my great family!

Hi Andrea, I saw that you set an incredible speed at the Engadin Marathon. What sail, board and fin combination did you use? We (in the Netherlands) are trying to find out the max speed on a formula board (http://forum.windsurfing.nl/viewtopic.php?t=14547&;postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=4
0). Maybe your combination can help us further...
Thanx in advance, Remco.

I've used a R17 deboichet +4 M during the marathon...and an 11.6 Rs5 set as the measurements say. And ofcourse the Starboard 159...

The best speed and angle for upwind on the Gps is between 14-17knots. Downwind is between 20-25.. I never really went over 29knots on the formula...but still feels really fast..
